More specifically, users have access to the following features:
- Bill Services: Using your device barcode scanner you can now pay your bill with a debit, credit / prepaid card or access all available e-banking platforms. You may also find the nearest points of payment through the interactive map.
- Registered users may login to view all their water meters and proceed pay any outstanding bills.
- Fault Reporting: Easily report a problem using your mobile device by taking a photo and providing location information via the device GPS. You will receive an email notification with the fault details and be able to re-submit the details if required.
- Customer Support: Learn about scheduled works and planned improvements in real time. Find our customer services locations on the map for easy navigation or contact our customer support service who are always willing to help.
